Nurses Shows and Expos
These social and professional events can be a very productive venue for you to reach a valuable segment of potential clients and customers. Nurses comprise the medium to high bracket income group with excellent buying power. These event can help you and your business to initiate contact and establish business relations with nurses as your captive audience.
What can “The NURSES SHOW LIVE!” do for you and your business?

TIPS &IDEAS
- This is an exhibit-only presence which means that you have availed a booth/ space/table where you can do modest level of marketing. Make it simple, fun and creative. Plan your presentation and display materials well to encourage the audience to visit your booth.
- You may speak /present your business for 10 minutes during the SHOW.
- Giveaways/promotional items and other attractions may be used to attract attendees. These traffic builders can be very simple and may not cost a lot if properly planned.
- Never leave your booth unattended.
- Maintain professional behavior, business etiquette and courtesy.
- Look your best. Dress for success.
Other rules and regulations:
- Management does not permit attendees to “solicit” at the show if they are not official exhibitors.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth for organization, cleanliness and safety before, during and after the show.
- Management will provide a special exhibitors/storage room for the SHOW; however, each exhibitor is responsible for the security of their own personal and company belongings/materials.

Advertising Requirement
A. ARTWORKS
Camera-ready artworks must be submitted to us at least one (1) week prior to publication date. Ads are in full color. In case of computer-generated materials, we require that they be in PDF or high resolution JPEG files. A signed contract is required for all ads to be published. We can provide lay-outs, typesetting and artwork at nominal rates.

Sizes: Full page 8.75 in x 11.25 (with .125 in bleed), CMYK mode
Half Page 8.75 in x 5. 75 (with .125 in bleed), CMYK

B. TERMS OF PAYMENT
A minimum down payment of 50% is required upon signing of the contract. The balance is due upon proof of publication. Regular billing cycle is monthly. A 20% surcharge fee for late payment and returned checks shall be applied. Accounts with unpaid balance will be turned over to collection agencies and cost of collection shouldered by the advertiser.
C. ADVERTISING RATES
Advertising rates are subject to change based on factors affecting publication and printing costs. Frequency discounts are available for ad placements of three (3) issues or more.
D. OTHER CONDITIONS
Liability for an error shall not exceed the cost of ad space. The Modern Nightingale shall publish the corrected ad for free. Request for "Special Positioning" of the ad in the magazine is accepted, but without guarantee.
E. CANCELLATION
All cancellations of ad placements must be made in writing and must be received by The Modern Nightingale at least a week before publication date or expiration of the contract. Otherwise, the ad will be published on scheduled run dates and the advertiser/client will be billed accordingly.
Advertising Guidelines and Editorial Policies
1) Four Dragon Global Network, Inc (FDGN, Inc.) reserves the right to refuse to publish, in its sole and absolute discretion, any advertising editorial material submitted for publication by client. (“Client’s Material”)
2) Submission of an advertisement or editorial to an Independent Sales Agent (ISA) does not constitute a commitment by FDGN, Inc. to publish a Client’s Material. FDGN, Inc. has the option to correctly classify any Client’s Material and to edit inappropriate words or phrases.
3) Client represents and warrants that a Client’s Material does not and will not contain any language or material which is libelous, slanderous or defamatory or invades any rights of privacy or publicity, does not and will not violate or infringe upon, or give rise to any adverse claim with respect to any common law or other right whatsoever (including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, service mark or contract right) of any person or entity, or violate any other applicable law; and is not the subject of any litigation or claim that may give rise to any litigation.
4) Client agrees and covenants to indemnify, FDGN, Inc. and its officers against any and all loss, liability, damage, expenses, costs, charges, claims, actions, causes of action, recoveries, judgments, penalties, including outside attorney’s fees (individually and collectively “Claims”) which FDGN, Inc. may suffer by reason of a) client’s breach of any of the representations, warranties and agreements herein or b) any claims by any third party relating in any way to Client’s Material.
5) FDGN, Inc. will not be liable for failure to publish any Client’s Material as requested or for more than one incorrect insertion of a Client’s Material. In the event of an error, or omission in printing or publication of a client’s material, FDGN, Inc. shall be limited to an adjustment for the space occupied by the error, with maximum liability being cancellation of the cost of the first incorrect advertisement or republication of the correct advertisement.
Under no circumstances shall FDGN, Inc. be liable for consequential damages of any kind.
